ALL dogs cause allergies to some degree or another. Poodles have been known to cause less amounts of allergetic conditions, and hairless breeds do too. such as xoloitzcuintli, chinese crested, hairless khala, american hairless terrier, and peruvian inca orchid.

Poodles and Schnauzers are the best for allergies that I can think of. Unless you do decide to go with a hairless variety, Mexican or Chinese Crested. Lab or Golden mixed with Poodle are not necessarily shed free.
