Music Is My Life ? asked:

My dogs pooped on each other in their cage. Now they are outside and I don’t know the best way to get the crap off of them with a hose.

turn on the hose, shampoo them with a mild soap and rince them off - it should come right out

Just hold them still and spray away. It’s probably going to be gross, but it’s your responsibility as a dog owner.

Well first wipe off as much as you can with a paper towel or baby wipe, and you can spot-bathe them with a washcloth and some shampoo. I think using a water hose would be too cold. If they won’t hold still, put a leash on them and tie them with a quick-release knot to a post or something if you have one.

Bummer I feel your pain! I would have to say use rubber gloves and dog shampoo along with the hose.

Poop is hard to wash off with just water. You could wait till it dries, and pull it off. Or you could try to take it off with baby wipes now. Or spot shampoo it with an old washcloth and baby shampoo (dip the washcloth in a bucket of warm water.)

If weather is OK just give them a good hosing and using your hand or a gloved hand be sure it is gone. If it is extensive you might as well throw in some dog shampoo and give it a good job.
If it is limited just hose that area. My dog sometimes gets some poo on his back side because of his long hair (my fault for not keeping it trimmed) I just hose down his rear.
He doesn’t like it but that OK, I don’t like the **** smell.

If you can, buy another cage and keep them in seprate cages untill they are both at least older than three. Then you can try to put them back together again. Also, the reason why your dogs keep pooping on each other is they Need more room in the crate. You should make them go potty and then put them in the crate. By the way, what are your two dogs genders and what are there ages?

You’re just going to have to go in and clean it up. Use a hose and some dog shampoo. It’s not the most pleasant thing you’re going to have to do, but **** happens. lmao.

First, hose them off until it comes off and then shampoo them to make sure it all comes off

I’m not sure what size they are but I think it is best to bring them inside separately and give them a bath..just make sure you close the bathroom door….have lots of heated towels…and dog shampoo….I’d also suggest separate cages from now on…..

You shouldn’t keep them both in the same cage. Just give them a quick bath and it should help.
